As an exhibitor, you will have spent time effort and money on:
– The stand space
– Your physical stand (not forgetting the design cost)
– Your marketing collateral
– etc. etc.
All the physical stuff!
All this adds up to quite an expense.
But did you remember to think about the most important aspect of your stand? Your people?
Or have you just assumed that they will be alright?
Most organisations do too – In truth, they’re not.
Your people may be brilliant at what they do, and some of those skills are transferable but if you want to get the best return from your exhibition, then invest in your people so they have the skills necessary to qualify and engage with the shows visitors.
